Fixed salary + performance-based compensation

As a field sales representative, you will work with personal sales to households in properties where fiber has recently been installed. You will contact customers through proactive sales and structured dialogues, present offers for TV and broadband services, and be responsible for closing the deals.

The work takes place in the field according to a clear sales process with a prepared pitch, follow-up, and ongoing coaching.

• Active sales to private individuals (B2C)

• Proactive customer contact in connected properties

• Presentation and sale of digital services

• Documentation of customer dialogues in the business system

• Work with clear individual performance targets

• Experience in customer contact or sales to private individuals

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Experience in goal-oriented work

• Good computer and system skills

• Experience in B2C sales

• Experience in selling fiber, TV, or telecommunications services

• Driver's license

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Lime or similar)

• Full-time

• Fixed base salary up to 30,000 SEK/month

• Performance-based commission with no cap

• Work in various locations in Sweden, travel may occur
