Inbound Sales Representative - Fire Protection & Security

Do you enjoy customer contact, structure, and making things happen?

We are currently looking for an inbound sales representative who wants to help develop our operations within fire protection and security solutions.

Here, you will become an important part of the team, working with customer relations, quotation preparation, booking, and sales directed towards companies and organizations.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Customer contact via phone and email
• Scheduling customer visits
• Preparing quotations and follow-ups
• Selling fire protection and security solutions
• Automated External Defibrillators (AED)
• First aid and training courses
• Supporting our sales team and technicians

We are looking for someone who:

• Is organized and responsible
• Enjoys service and building customer relationships
• Has energy and a positive attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

You don't need to know everything from day one.

The most important thing is that you want to learn and develop together with us.

Experience from customer service, inbound sales, administration, or general phone proficiency is advantageous — but personality and drive matter most.

Requirements

• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
