MRC Bemanning is looking for experienced delicatessen staff for our staffing pool in the grocery trade. We specialize in providing competent personnel to our clients in the delicatessen department.

Job Description:

As a delicatessen staff member, you will be responsible for creating a first-class customer experience by offering high-quality delicacies. Your tasks include handling fresh products, slicing and packaging delicacies, as well as advising and selling to customers. You will also be involved in maintaining the delicatessen display in a clean and well-stocked order.

Your flexibility allows you to work during all store opening hours, including weekends. Being positive, cheerful, and passionate about retail is important to us. Qualifications:

To be considered for the position, it is advantageous if you have previous experience working in delicatessen. We view knowledge of food hygiene and self-control positively. Being able to step in at short notice is also an important trait for this role.

Employment Type

The position is a needs-based employment that requires you to have another main occupation of at least 50%. Another main occupation could be studies of at least 50%, self-employment, elite athlete, or retirement. You will also need to provide proof of your main occupation before potential employment for this position.

As a needs-based employee at MRC Bemanning, you will enter your available working hours weekly. The working hours are varied store hours where you should be able to work both morning and evening at least 2-3 days a week. Your schedule will include both pre-booked shifts and urgent shifts that come in the same day.

Salary according to the trade collective agreement.

Experience in similar areas is directly meritorious.
