Buyer at MyCare

MyCare is experiencing strong growth and we are now looking for an experienced Buyer with a passion for logistics, business development, and customer value.

We are looking for someone with relevant work experience and good knowledge in purchasing and logistics, preferably from retail. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence your own development as well as the development of the purchasing department and MyCare's future.

In the role of Buyer, you will be responsible for:

• Strategy for purchasing, assortment, and categories in existing and new markets
• Creating and implementing strategic and operational initiatives to create the best possible conditions for MyCare and its sales channels
• Supplier agreements, price negotiations, and follow-up
• Analysis and follow-up of purchasing-related KPIs
• Optimization of the ordering process and strategic responsibility for all categories
• Handling product recalls

Your daily work will also include:

• Planning, executing, and following up orders to the central warehouse and managing deviations after delivery and invoicing
• Ensuring a relevant, attractive, and constantly updated assortment
• Negotiating with suppliers to meet customers' changing needs
• Ensuring compliance with laws, certifications, and regulations, as well as monitoring trends and industry developments
• Optimizing purchasing work to maintain an agile and sustainable working method
• Leading and participating in projects in collaboration with internal and external parties

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. You will be based at the headquarters in Loviseberg, Tumba.
