We are now looking for an experienced consultant in supplier management and financial governance for a larger SAP program in Stockholm. The assignment is suitable for you who want to work closely with the business in a coordinating role with great responsibility and many stakeholders 🤝

This is a consulting assignment with a clear focus on supplier relationships, commercial governance, and financial control. The role is not technical but focused on structure, follow-up, and collaboration.

About the assignmentYou will operate in a complex SAP environment with several parallel suppliers and act as a central link between suppliers, program management, procurement, and finance. The assignment requires high precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good ability to maintain order in large program environments 🚀

Location: Stockholm
Remote work: approximately 50 %
Scope: 20 hours per week
Period: February 2026 – June 2026

Responsibilities

• Own and develop supplier relationships within a larger SAP program
• Monitor supplier performance, contracts, compliance, and governance
• Be responsible for the entire PO process from creation to invoicing and reconciliation
• Control, analyze, and report supplier costs and forecasts
• Ensure budget compliance and financial transparency
• Work closely with program management, procurement, and finance
• Support the SAP program from a commercial and financial perspective
• Work with compliance, risk management, and financial controls in the realization phase

Requirements for competence and experience

• Senior experience in supplier management and commercial governance
• Documented experience in managing supplier costs over 15 million euros
• Solid background in PO management, invoice reconciliation, and cost control
• Experience from larger SAP programs
• Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass
• Strong ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders
• Very good analytical skills and high precision

Preferred experiences

• Experience in governance in SAP programs during the realization phase
• Work with risk and compliance in larger organizations
• Financial reporting and data-driven follow-up
• Program or project coordination within IT or ERP
