About the job:
WorkNorway specializes in advertising, recruitment, staffing, and marketing within the recruitment sector. We operate in both the Norwegian and Swedish markets, helping people find job opportunities in both neighboring countries. Our office is located on Strandvägen in Östermalm, where we have open and fresh premises.
We are now looking to strengthen our team with an additional junior Account Manager to meet the needs of our existing and new clients.
About the position:
The role involves helping companies in Norway and Sweden find skilled personnel primarily from Sweden. You will maintain old client contacts, develop new clients, and handle incoming inquiries. You will assist clients with advertising, recruitment, and staffing services. Your main task will be to sell our advertising services, with phone and email communication being your primary responsibilities.
The candidate we are looking for:
You are socially outgoing and can express yourself well in speech and writing. Previous experience in B2B sales is highly desirable for this position.
To fit in as a junior Account Manager at WorkNorway, you should:
*Believe in yourself
*Have a desire to continuously develop in your role
*Enjoy working on the phone
*Have previous experience in sales (B2B or B2C) and/or appointment setting
If you have previously worked with employer branding, digital products, or sales within social media, this is a plus for the position, but not a requirement.
