About the AssignmentWe are looking for a digital/web analyst for an established player in the gaming and entertainment industry. You will be a key person in the work with data-driven development of products, services, and digital customer experiences in the organization's own digital channels.
The role is both strategic and operational and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams within business, martech, IT, UX, and product development. You will provide advice on how to track, measure, and follow up on digital initiatives and make insights understandable and useful for many recipients.
Responsibilities- Collect, process, compile, and visualize behavioral data in a clear and pedagogical manner.
- Ensure accessibility and democratization of data through dashboards, visualizations, and walkthroughs of tools/analysis environments for internal self-service.
- Collaborate with martech to ensure correct data collection in Google Analytics 4.
- Perform operational work with data collection, including event tracking, transactions, and tag and event management.
- Conduct strategic reviews of data structures and provide recommendations based on technology stack and IT infrastructure.
- Work with A/B testing from hypothesis and measurement plan to analysis, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Conduct proactive analyses of quantitative data as a basis for business cases and improvement proposals.
- Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights in collaboration with UX and other relevant functions.
- Provide ongoing advice and insight support in cross-functional forums, projects, and development initiatives.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a digital analyst or web analyst.
- Documented experience with Google Analytics 4.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting event and transaction data via tag or event management (e.g., Google Tag Manager or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience with A/B testing and experiment design, including hypothesis formulation, measurement planning, analysis, and recommendations.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with business, technology, UX, and product development.
- Excellent ability to communicate insights in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection related to digital analysis and data collection.
- Experience from the e-commerce industry.
- Experience in setting up dashboards, visualization solutions, and workflows for internal self-service of data.
- Experience from the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Dataform, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Experience in triangulating data, i.e., combining quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Experience in data architecture and integrations between web, app, data warehouse, and analysis environments.
- More than 4 years of experience as a digital analyst or web analyst.
