We are looking for an experienced procurement specialist who wants to support a municipality in the work of investigating and possibly procuring an external supplier for the purchase of meal boxes and food within support and care. The assignment begins with an RFI (Request for Information) to map the market and strengthen the decision-making basis for the next step. The role combines strategic and operational procurement support throughout the process.

• Plan, execute, and document an RFI
• Analyze incoming responses and compile conclusions and recommendations
• Upon decision to proceed: drive the entire procurement process according to LOU/LUK
• Support the ordering organization from preparation to completed delivery
• Ensure structured documentation and clear communication in the procurement work

• At least 5-10 years of experience in procurement
• Documented experience in procurement according to LOU and LUK
• Experience from at least one similar assignment in the last 5 years
• You have been actively involved in the relevant reference assignments

• Experience in conducting RFI as a basis for procurement
