Our client, Stockholms studentbostäder (SSSB), is a foundation established in 1958 by the central organization of Stockholm's student unions (SSCO). Just like today, they work with the vision that everyone who invests in their studies should have a home to call their own. Stockholms studentbostäder was founded by students who wanted to address the housing shortage in Stockholm. With over 8500 student apartments in Stockholm, they are the largest in Sweden and continue to build more housing - to make room for even more students.
About the role:
The team at SSSB is responsible for reception, phone, chat, and email for housing rentals, contract signing, and administration. They strive to provide the best possible service to students and partners. As a customer service representative, you will work broadly and variably. It is a humble role that requires flexibility and a service-minded approach. You will support others in the team as needed regarding reception, customer service via phone, chat, and email, as well as other administration tasks.
The position is part-time with office hours, with a planned start as soon as we find the right candidate. You are expected to be available for a few shifts a month, but above all, you are flexible and can cover at short notice as well as during vacations, sick leave, and during periods of higher demand. The position will be a consultancy assignment through us at StudentConsulting, but you will work together with SSSB at their office in central Stockholm. THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Studying a post-secondary education with a graduation date no earlier than summer 2027.
- Experience in service work, preferably in reception, customer service, or similar.
- Communicative and enjoys meeting people.
- Structured and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
