We are now looking for a Procurement Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment with a larger organization in the public sector. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in an administrative role with many points of contact and who want to contribute to structure, quality, and efficiency in procurement-related processes.
Your RoleIn the role of Procurement Administrator, you will support the procurement unit with ongoing administrative tasks related to purchasing, procurement, document management, and system administration. The assignment involves replacing a vacancy during a leave of absence, and the tasks are therefore continuous and close to operations.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour main tasks include, among others:
Document management and filing
Administrative tasks in procurement systems and property systems
Management and follow-up of supplier-related information
Documentation of internal planning within the procurement unit
Support to colleagues within the unit as well as contact with other parts of the organization and external parties
The goal of the assignment is to ensure a well-functioning and efficient administration with a holistic approach and a proactive working method.
Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)To be considered for the assignment, we expect you to have:
Experience with filing systems
At least 3 years of experience in administrative work in a similar role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel tasks
Experience with many points of contact, both internally and externally
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
Platina and/or eDok
Procurement systems, preferably Agresso Procurement
Procurement systems, preferably Kommers
The assignment is located at the client's office in Hammarby Sjöstad, with the possibility of remote work.
Timeline and ScopeScope: 100 %
Start: Immediately
Duration of the assignment: Initial period with option for extension 3 x 6 months
The estimated scope is a qualified assessment, and the actual need may vary over time.
