Assistant Store Manager TCM Tyresö

About the job:

We are now looking for someone who wants to help elevate our customer experience at the Tyresö store. As a store employee with us, you inspire the sales team, and together we achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. You love working towards results and, of course, have a burning interest in meeting our customers in the best way, ensuring they find the right products in the store. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. You are good at prioritizing and organizing while easily collaborating and finding new strategies to develop the store, yourself, and your colleagues. You have well-developed multitasking abilities, notice and act on discrepancies, and always keep the customer's best interests in focus. You are a reliable and trustworthy person who can see projects through, both individually and in a team. You are passionate about sales and drawn to customer interactions.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the store to make informed and wise purchasing decisions
• Be a driving force in ensuring the store is always inviting, stocked, and pleasant to visit and shop in
• Participate in the ongoing development of the store and staff
• Contribute to improving routines and structure in daily work
• Assist even the most discerning customers in investing in exclusive items
• Be helpful in both workshop and administration, events, and more. You are flexible and find it natural to step in where needed

About you:

To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in cycling and extensive knowledge of bicycles, both in terms of sales and technical aspects. Ideally, you are a cyclist yourself and enjoy delving into details and technology. You are meticulous and used to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility. You express yourself very well in both speech and writing.

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service
• Excellent knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts
• Good ability to collaborate in a team
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects
• Cooperative, attentive, and communicative
• Good technical knowledge of bicycles
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
• You are 18 years or older
• The ability to see the customer and satisfy their needs
