Mitt Järva Hemtjänst is one of the service providers within the department for the elderly, disabled, and social psychiatry in Järva. The unit is in an exciting phase of development where you would become an important part of this work. We are now expanding with an additional coordinator position. Your future role

In this role, you will plan customer schedules for home care staff, approve work shifts, and be responsible for key management and similar tasks. As a coordinator, you will have both internal and external contacts with case managers, customers, healthcare centers, social services, etc.

You will be part of the management team with the unit manager and administrative assistants. We offer an exciting position where no day is the same. We see the importance of you working closely with your colleagues, and together you are the daily link to the employees and schedule for about 35 staff members. Here we support each other and have an open dialogue.

Your main tasks:

• Plan and coordinate ordered services within home care.
• You will use our planning tool SchemOs.
• Schedule daily planning of staff based on customers' care decisions.
• You will have a continuous dialogue with our customers and their relatives, staff, and collaborate with internal and external parties such as case managers.
• Home visits to customers.
• Work in digital operational systems and manage documentation.
• You will be responsible for work phones, the key cabinet, and service vehicles.

Your working hours will be during the day, and we work only on-site.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience in schedule planning and administration.
• Experience working in care and support.
• Good computer skills and ease in understanding various systems.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and can use the language in both speech and writing, as all communication occurs in Swedish.
• A valid driver's license (B).

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Good knowledge and experience of working in the administrative systems used within Stockholm City, such as Schemos, Parasol, Paragå, and Agresso.

To succeed and thrive in the role, it is crucial that you are engaged, meticulous, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating. You have good foresight, and it comes naturally to you to stay one step ahead in planning and foresee the needs that arise. Good service sense and a good approach are two abilities we appreciate. You can communicate clearly and well-formulated. Since your work is partly administrative, it is important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. We prefer that you are interested in systems and technology.

It is important that you have a financial perspective so that the operations can maintain a balanced budget. Furthermore, you are structured, flexible, have an easy time adapting to changing circumstances, and act in accordance with decisions made. You have an important role in planning and creating conditions for the operations to function as smoothly as possible. In our group, we have high ambitions.
