Datatrion is an IT service company that has helped its customers with qualified and engaged service through flexible solutions and a personal touch for more than 20 years. Today, we are just over 30 people who maintain and further develop our customers' IT environments through hosting, IT/OT, system development, and other IT services.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a commercial controller at Datatrion, your mission will be to ensure that our customer businesses are connected from assignments and contracts to invoices, follow-ups, and extensions.

YOU WILL AMONG OTHER THINGS:

· Keep our customer businesses together from delivery to invoice: Follow up customer assignments across all four product areas, ensure that everything we deliver is invoiced, and that contracts, price lists, and index/price adjustments are correct and updated.

· Provide product managers and account managers with insight into the numbers: Produce recurring reports on revenue, margins, and profitability per product area and customer, as well as documentation showing what services the customer has, what we earn, and where the potential lies.

· Support sales and customer work and keep order in CRM: Assist account managers with business opportunities, quotes, and contract renewals, and actively work in our CRM system so that important business threads are not lost.

· Be part of the finance department: Collaborate closely with the CFO and support with analyses and other finance-related tasks that are not handled by our accounting consultant. You will also have ongoing responsibility for our monthly payroll management for our just over 30 employees. You report to the CFO but work very closely with product managers and account managers.

The role is new to us, which means you will be able to help shape working methods and routines together with us.

SUITABLE FOR THIS JOB IS SOMEONE WHO…

…has post-secondary education in business administration, sales, or similar

…has worked for a few years in finance, as a controller or with customer/revenue analysis, preferably in a service or consulting company

…enjoys digging into numbers, contracts, price lists, and systems to ensure they match reality

…has a sense of order, is meticulous, and likes to ensure that things get done and followed up

…is comfortable taking responsibility for a monthly payroll process

…has an easy time collaborating with both economists, technicians, and sales consultants

…is proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

EXTRA INTERESTING IS SOMEONE WHO…

…has experience with CRM systems and sales/customer follow-up

…has worked closely with account managers/salespeople and supported with quotes and contracts

…has a background in IT, consulting, or another service sector

…enjoys improving processes and working methods around revenue, contracts, and customer data

…brings in some new exciting skills or background that we don't know we are missing

…contributes to the diversity of our workplace

TERMS

The position is full-time, permanent after a probationary period, with placement at one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Umeå.
