Job Description

The area of responsibility includes, among other things, the contractual insurances BTP1 and BTP2. In this role, you will work with the administration of pension matters and ensure that correct information is handled and distributed to relevant internal and external systems.

You will have daily contact via phone and email with the bank's HR departments, the bank's employees, and retirees regarding various pension-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring upcoming retirees and long-term sick leave
• Handling of death benefit settlements
• Pension payments
• Ensuring accurate and updated information in internal and external systems
• Ongoing dialogue with HR, employees, and retirees regarding pension issues

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as an administrator in the relevant field
• Basic knowledge of collective agreement pension schemes BTP1 and BTP2
• Ability to work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner
• Good communication skills in contact with various stakeholders
