We are now looking for a Business Developer for the Consulting Expertise business area, who wants to be part of shaping our continued growth journey.

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and growing the consulting services business area with a focus on competencies within Life Science. The role combines sales, business development, and operational delivery, providing the opportunity to work closely with our customers, employees, and partners.

In practice, this means you will be talking a lot on the phone, often sitting in Teams meetings, and attending networking events. The focus is always on understanding our customers, their operations, challenges, and how our expertise can help advance their business. Today, we specialize in QA, computerized systems, validation, project management, sterility assurance, and CMC, and our customers are primarily found in pharma, medtech, and molecular diagnostics. However, SallyQ is a growing company, so our areas of expertise may expand over time. For this, we need a natural business developer on the team.

If you want to combine the role with assignments at customer sites, that is perfectly fine.

• Identifying, contacting, and booking meetings with potential customers within Life Science.

• Mapping customer needs and presenting tailored consulting solutions.

• Building and developing long-term relationships and following up on ongoing assignments.

• Developing the business area through service packaging, market insights, and improving working methods.

• Leadership, development, and challenge - we develop each other every day.

• Leading or executing customer projects.

You will be part of a smaller, close-knit team where competence, care, and joy at work are as self-evident as responsibility and quality. We work closely with our customers and have a culture characterized by trust, support, and a genuine commitment to helping each other succeed.

We are looking for someone who combines business drive with strong relationship skills and has experience in Life Science – preferably in a role where you have worked as a consultant, account manager, or closely with operations.

You are creative, ambitious, and can translate insights into concrete solutions. You need to thrive in a work environment characterized by self-leadership and be comfortable managing multiple dialogues simultaneously. Qualifications

• Academic degree in Life Science or equivalent.

• Experience working as a consultant in Life Science is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions.

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage.

• Ability to drive multiple parallel processes and work independently.

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form.
