ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a law student on a part-time basis to strengthen our client's team and be a key person in guiding their consumers. The need is in the mornings, Monday - Thursday, with working hours from 08:45-12:00 where you are expected to work 2-3 shifts a week. This position is suitable for you who want to enter the job market during your studies and gain valuable experience. Experience that you will benefit from both in your education and further in your career.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is a non-profit organization that provides consumers with impartial and free assistance and guidance regarding subscriptions for television, telephony, and broadband. In this role, you will work alongside experienced lawyers with specialized expertise in consumer law. Your main tasks will consist of providing advice over the phone and via the web, as well as entering cases into the system. The work also includes following up on cases and contacting consumers who have follow-up questions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying law, has completed at least four semesters, and has at least 1.5 years left of your studies
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

Other information:

  • Start: February by agreement
  • Scope: Part-time, 2-3 shifts a week
  • Assignment: Extends long-term during your study period as long as all parties are satisfied
  • Location: Central Stockholm
