Project Manager – Sustainability Reporting according to CSRD 

We are looking for an experienced project manager in sustainability reporting according to CSRD for an assignment in Stockholm starting in September. The assignment will extend over the autumn and spring, focusing on leading the reporting work for the annual and sustainability report for 2025. About the assignment In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the company's sustainability reporting according to CSRD. You will lead the work together with specialists in various ESRS areas and collaborate closely with the CFO, communications department, and external auditors. A deputy project manager will handle the taxonomy regulation, but you will keep the overall picture together and ensure that the reporting meets the required quality and is delivered on time. Examples of tasks: - Coordinate contacts and reviews with external auditors - Collaborate with the CFO and report status to the audit committee - Lead the work on structure, content, and preparation of the sustainability report - Support reporting managers in interpreting standards and collecting data - Coordinate collaboration with the communications unit - Monitor the development of CSRD and suggest relevant adjustments - Be responsible for delivering reporting according to the EU taxonomy - Lead GRESB reporting in spring 2026 You will replace the regular project manager during this period and become part of a competent sustainability team with clearly defined roles.
