About the position

In your role as a workshop administrator, you will be the spider in the web where you will, among other things, receive bookings for the workshop: respond to emails and chat, handle deviations, date actions, finalize and invoice work orders. You will act as a support for the team leaders in the administrative tasks and will be part of a fantastic team with a strong sense of community.

Qualifications

To have the right prerequisites for this role, you need to: - Have good computer skills and easily adapt to new systems - Have experience in administrative work - Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English - Previous experience in the automotive industry is a merit.

You need to be service-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant, with good computer skills and the ability to keep track of bookings, customers, and workshop flow.
