Do you want to be part of a successful finance and payment team in an international environment?

Our client is now looking for a Finance Assistant for a temporary assignment. The role is perfect for you who have solid experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, enjoy working independently, and want to contribute to efficient processes and high service.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be part of our Billing & Payment team and work closely with colleagues, customers, and partners. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily financial processes and contributing to our operations continuing to deliver high quality.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage daily processes in accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Work with invoicing, incoming payments, and reconciliations
  • Support incident management and investigation of cases
  • Work in systems such as NetSuite (preferable), PointBreak, Agresso, and Pagero

Your Profile:

  • Good knowledge in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
  • Practical experience with NetSuite – a big plus
  • Ability to quickly adapt, work independently, and solve problems
  • A meticulous, structured, and service-oriented attitude as well as good collaboration with the team
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
