Do you want to be a key person in the digitalization of healthcare? We are looking for a development leader who wants to establish new working methods for good and close care.

A major focus is on using digital tools for higher quality, patient safety, and efficiency.

About our open position

As a development leader at SÄS, you will work on the transition and support SÄS employees in developing working methods and new approaches. You will be part of the quality & accessibility team, and the work is led by the Chief Physician. You will be responsible for the development of methods, working practices, and the implementation of new tools. At SÄS, we want to harness the potential of digital tools for care and administration, as well as explore opportunities in AI, data analysis, Robotic Process Automation, and analytics. The development of care and administrative processes is also included to improve safety, efficiency, or accessibility for our patients.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a higher education background relevant to development issues in healthcare. You have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms. If you have a license from a healthcare profession, that is an advantage. Experience in leading projects or previous management experience is also beneficial.

As a person, you need to be able to work independently and also have the ability to lead and drive projects. You have collaboration skills, you are attentive, have analytical abilities, and show engagement. You will be part of a team with various professions, and we often work in networks, both locally and regionally.
