Production Engineer at Kinnarps

Are you a technology and machinery enthusiast who thrives in a varied everyday life where you can make a difference? Then you could be our new production engineer! As a production engineer with us, you contribute to a better Kinnarps! You will closely collaborate with team leaders and other colleagues to drive development and improvements in our production. Your tasks include method improvements, layouts, efficiencies, and implementing lean culture. You will both lead and participate in projects aimed at production, such as product development and new investments.

Qualifications

We want you to have a technical background in the form of education and/or equivalent practical experience. If you also have knowledge of various coating techniques such as rolled UV varnish, stain hand spraying, etc., it is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you are driven with an effective holistic approach. Your computer skills are good, and we would like you to have some competence in production economics. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as a B driver's license.

As a person, you are driven, self-sufficient, and confident in yourself. You are motivated by working towards set goals, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and work solution-focused with efficiency as the basis of your work. Since you will be in contact with various functions and colleagues within the organization, we see that your ability to collaborate and communicate with others is strong. You have a strong technical interest and a desire to work on production development.
