The preschools in Nässjö municipality have a business manager, development leaders, IT educators, preschool teachers with extended development assignments, psychologists, and a high proportion of special educators relative to the number of preschools, so there is a focus on preschool and opportunities for development. All preschools in the municipality have five professional development days per year. For permanently employed staff, we provide free outdoor work clothes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work based on a language and knowledge-developing approach and have this year placed extra focus on work around democracy and key competencies for lifelong learning.

We are also secure in our mission, which allows us to be brave in everything we do; we like to be challenged and to challenge! In our area, we also have 2 preschool teachers with extended development assignments who support us in becoming the best version of ourselves so that we can support the child in becoming the best version of themselves.

Our operations are playful and educational, where safety, joy, and community are important guiding principles, and our working method is entirely based on, and with the help of, a good relational approach where we see each individual's needs and conditions. This is made possible by working in smaller child groups where each individual can take space.

In the work group, we collaborate and encourage new ideas and thoughts. Our team meetings and reflections are mostly held during the day. We offer you a learning environment with room for independence and development. We want you to thrive, develop, and feel meaningful!

We are also at the beginning of the new construction of Bodafors preschool, which you may become a part of in the future.

You work closely with the children, stimulate their development and learning, and provide them with good care.

As a childcare worker, you work together with your colleagues and share a common responsibility for the entire education to promote children's development and learning, in accordance with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.

You contribute to the preschool's teaching mission and are responsible for care tasks where you provide all children with the conditions to experience a preschool that is fun, safe, and educational.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker. If you have experience working as a childcare worker, it is an advantage. You contribute to a positive work climate, have very good collaboration skills, and a great commitment to your work. You take responsibility and have a good ability to create good relationships with both children and colleagues as well as guardians. Basic knowledge of the Swedish language is a prerequisite.
