We are now looking for receptionists for part-time employment at the very friendly Thule. Here you will have the opportunity to be an important part of the team and contribute to a first-class customer experience.

You will be the face of the company and your tasks will include welcoming visitors and customers and ensuring their needs are met. Handling the phone switchboard and answering questions in a professional and friendly manner. Performing administrative tasks and following up and coordinating various types of bookings and inquiries.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and solution-focused. Your best skill is helping people, and you always find a solution to problems, big or small. You handle computers and various systems with ease, especially Excel. You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

You likely live in the Värnamo area and have a driver's license and access to a car.

The position is part-time, and you will initially be booked by the hour. In the future, there are very good chances for more work for the right person.

To work this way, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. You might be a retiree, student, self-employed, or have another part-time job.

Start-up is ongoing, with a start as soon as possible. The assignment is long-term, and we are looking for people who can work for an extended period. You will be employed by us at Inpeople and hired out to our client.
