Arbetslivsresurs is looking for a job consultant for our operations in Nässjö/Huskvarna.

The position is part-time with the possibility of full-time in the future. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Our goal is to reduce unemployment and decrease social exclusion by supporting and guiding individuals towards sustainable employment or education!

We are looking for someone who wants to help strengthen people's abilities. The main task will be to work in the Swedish Public Employment Service's contracted service Step to Work.

Experience in working with labor market initiatives at a provider is a requirement for the position.

The target group you will meet in the assignment includes job seekers, individuals with or without known disabilities, who need their work prerequisites assessed to then be tested in a real work environment. You will work both in groups and individually.

We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to coach individuals and match them to employment or education within the framework of the Swedish Public Employment Service's Step to Work service.

As a job consultant in Step to Work (STA), which is a contracted service from the Swedish Public Employment Service, you will conduct coaching interventions at both individual and group levels. You will, among other things, map participants' resources, conduct lectures, arrange test sites, and have motivational conversations.

You have the opportunity to be creative and tailor your work to the individual, making the work both enjoyable and inspiring.

The position requires you to work in a structured and meticulous administrative manner. As the days can vary, you need to have a good ability to independently plan your work.

Your profile

At least 2 years of full-time university education or vocational college in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine.

At least one (1) year of experience, at least part-time, in individual or group counseling/coaching of individuals with mental or physical health issues or disabilities in the last three (3) years.

Experience with and interest in working with both individuals and groups.

A coaching and solution-oriented approach.

Good communication skills in both speech and writing.

Good administrative skills and computer literacy.

As a person, you are outgoing, humble, flexible, and enjoy variety in your tasks. You are good at building relationships, networking, and we prefer if you have a network in the relevant geographical area. In your work, you make a difference, and you want to see results in your efforts.

Interviews are ongoing, appointment of the position by agreement.
