Your role as an ILS Engineer

At Sigma Technology Information, technical communication is key. Together with our clients, we make advanced technology accessible and user-friendly. In the role of ILS Engineer, you will work closely with developers and specialists to analyze, develop, evaluate, and improve complex technical systems and their support solutions. You will create and manage technical information that makes our clients' systems and products efficient, maintainable, and sustainable over time.

The role combines technical knowledge, logistics, and project management to support the entire lifecycle of systems – from design and development to operation and decommissioning.

Your main responsibilities:

• Perform analyses of reliability, availability, maintenance, cost, and customer needs.
• Identify and manage the need for spare parts, tools, documentation, and training to keep the systems operational.
• Collaborate with R&D departments to ensure that requirements and quality are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create and structure target group-adapted technical information with high user-friendliness.

We believe you fit the role if you:

• Have a genuine interest in technology and an understanding of technical systems.
• Hold an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, logistics, or similar.
• Are curious, communicative, unpretentious, and enjoy having many points of contact.
• Are skilled in writing and communicating in both Swedish and English.
• Are structured, meticulous, and methodical.
• Have drive, are proactive, and dare to take initiative.

We work closely with our clients, and a B driver's license is a prerequisite.

Desirable experiences:

• Experience with technical analyses and structured documentation.
• Project-based work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in ILS, maintenance planning, or logistics analysis.
• Previous work in the defense industry or similar technical field.
