KAM ADMINISTRATOR AT SANDAHLS LOGISTICS

Sandahls Logistics is in continued strong expansion and therefore we need to recruit a new position as KAM administrator. You will work in a dedicated assignment, to together with a KAM salesperson nurture and develop one of Sandahls Logistics' and Real Rail Sweden's largest customers. We work as a team but the role itself is independent and with a clear mandate and responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a lovely and forward-thinking team that values our good cooperation and helping our customers with the right, sustainable, and long-term transport solutions. In the role of KAM administrator, we offer you a varied and exciting everyday life with responsibility for the following tasks:

Follow-up on KPIs, linked to quality and the environment

Follow-up on invoicing procedures
-
Ensure that payments from customers are received and ensure prices

Assist in the quotation work and support the KAM salesperson with administrative tasks

Together with the KAM salesperson, participate in follow-up meetings with the customer

Be involved in operational setups with the customer
-
Coordinate and administratively responsible for more extensive customer issues
-
Act as support to the KAM salesperson and present and produce customer-specific reports
You have access to competent colleagues in various areas, from sales to customer service and finance. We are a strong team that all care about our pleasant work environment and where we ensure every day that our customers get the solution, quality, and service they desire.
If time permits, we would like you to be able to assist in our customer service department, a department that is incredibly important and central to both us and our customers. We work with modern tools and systems and ensure that you receive a good introduction as a newcomer to our team!

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is committed and interested in working with our largest customers within the company and who enjoys working in a team. You have an easy time building relationships and creating trust with both customers and colleagues and have good administrative skills.
You are communicative and enjoy working in a dynamic company with a great entrepreneurial spirit. For us, team spirit with a holistic approach is important and that we all want to work for the best result for the entire group. Something that we also hope is close to your heart. We would like you to have relevant knowledge in administration, economics, or sales, preferably from the logistics industry and with good experience of working as the spider in the web with varying tasks.
Furthermore, you have previous experience in coordinating and coordinating customer-specific assignments and are used to working in IT systems, you have excellent knowledge of the Office package and are comfortable writing and speaking both Swedish and English. As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy providing support to others. We value your ability to prioritize and structure your way of working and that you communicate in a professional manner. You have a good sense of numbers and are logical and compliant in your way of cooperating.
To succeed in the role, you are independent and responsible and always strive to work with high quality and forward-thinking. Since the role is new, we must together approach it with an open mind and with the opportunity to shape and develop the role together. There may be business trips, which is why a B driver's license is a requirement.

The position as KAM administrator is a recruitment assignment with a direct employment at Sandahls Logistics, preferably located in Värnamo but another location can be discussed.
