About the Company

We are a company with two different operations. One operation focuses on long-term work with two companies where we offer comprehensive financial services, and the other operation deals with company services where we handle smaller companies that are to be closed, involving some administration, accounting, and minor financial statements.

Your Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that financial administration runs smoothly. Your main tasks include:

• Handling and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Payments and account reconciliation.
• Support in payroll administration and reporting.
• Follow-up of incoming and outgoing payments and handling reminders.
• Financial statement work, preparing minor financial statements.
• Other administrative and finance-related tasks.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is easy-going, orderly, structured, and enjoys working in a role where details matter. You have an interest in learning new tasks, the ability to work independently, and are a team player with good communication skills and a willingness to develop together with us.

We would prefer if you have:

• Educational background in finance (high school or post-secondary).
• Experience in similar tasks.
• Good computer skills and experience with financial systems, e.g., Visma e-Economy and Fortnox.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

About the Position:

The position is a permanent part-time employment at 50% with the possibility of increased working hours. We apply a probationary period. Entry is by agreement.
