About the role

In your role as a condominium economist, you will have independent responsibility for the financial administration of condominium associations. This means that you will be responsible for their ongoing accounting, budgeting, financial statements, and tax and declaration work. Furthermore, you will have a financial advisory role with many customer contacts in the form of chairmen and boards of condominium associations. An important part of the role will also be to guide our customers through the digital development we are facing. Other administrative tasks related to condominium associations are also included in the position.

Your profile

You have post-secondary education in economics or equivalent knowledge through your work experience. We are looking for someone with previous experience in accounting work who feels comfortable with ongoing bookkeeping and financial statement work. You have good knowledge of the Office package and Excel. Experience in customer advisory is a merit.

To thrive in the role, you need to be structured and flexible and able to handle several different tasks simultaneously. As a person, you are service-oriented and customer-focused. You are good at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing. You enjoy development and working on continuous improvements of work methods and processes.
