Do you have a strong interest in IT technology and problem-solving? Do you enjoy helping people in their daily lives? We at ESBE AB are now looking for a technician for our IT department. 

Your mission

As an IT technician at ESBE, you will work with user support and assistance for colleagues in Sweden and other subsidiaries within the group. You will be part of an engaged team that works together to deliver high-quality IT support and technical expertise. The role is varied and developing, with tasks ranging from providing user support to working on technical problem-solving and installations. The position is based in Reftele but also involves, to a lesser extent, travel to subsidiaries in Europe.

Main responsibilities:

·         Planning and follow-up of daily operations

·         Providing technical support to end-users via the organization's helpdesk

·         Responsible for configuration and management of the organization's IT environment

·         Troubleshooting/performing diagnostics and actions to resolve technical issues

·         Participating in projects to implement and improve IT solutions

·         Installation and maintenance of both hardware and software

Your profile

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT and at least three years of work experience in a similar role. Important are good knowledge of computers, cybersecurity, operating systems, networks, communication, and peripherals. You also need to understand how IT systems integrate with production equipment.
You should be able to handle English and Swedish with ease, both spoken and written.
To succeed in the role, you need to have a willingness and ability to communicate and share experiences. We also value your ability to be solution-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and a service-oriented approach.
