As a Customer System Lead Engineer, you will take the technical lead and support the customer project in terms of system engineering. You will lead the work with tracking customer and internal requirements, as well as interpretation and analysis of potential gaps. You will synchronize and coordinate technical issues between different platforms and customer configuration teams. An important part of the system engineering work is to understand the impact of, or the need for change in the current customer installation. You will be responsible for approving the documentation and requirements from the customer's system design and its interfaces. Travel may be required for this position.

• Experience with requirements, requirement breakdown, and customer deliveries
• Background in system testing, testing, system releases, system architecture, system engineering
• Experience working closely with customers in technical projects. Social skills and ability to present technical solutions.

• Good social skills and proficiency in presenting technical solutions
• Pedagogical and business-like in your communication and problem-solving
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Desirable:

• Experience working with IT-related system deliveries

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediate, taking into account your possible notice period
