Do you have experience in creating and structuring technical content? Are you accustomed to working with documentation, customer support, and content for technical products? Then you might be the one we are looking for in the role of Tech Writer at Jönköping Energi.

As a Tech Writer, you will be part of a dedicated team in the business area of Innovation and Development. You will be responsible for creating and managing user-friendly and clear documentation for our digital services and products, and you will be the link between our developers, customer center, and end-users.

We are working to take a leading position in the electricity market and build stable and sustainable solutions for the residents of Jönköping County. With your help, we can make our products even more user-friendly and accessible to our customers.

Necessary Skills

· Documented experience in technical writing and content creation, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and simply.

· Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders and lead the work to ensure that content and documentation are accurate and user-friendly.

· Drive the work of continuously planning, creating, and publishing content online and through support channels for our technical products and services.

· Familiarity with publishing tools and web interfaces to create, update, and manage technical documentation.

· Experience working with DevOps and Git for version control and processing release notes.

· Understanding of web standards and WCAG guidelines.

Desirable Skills

· Experience with UX and design principles to validate and improve content and documentation as well as validate acceptance criteria.

· Knowledge in video and image editing, screen recordings, and graphic design to create visually supportive material.

· Experience with tools used to create interactive or dynamic support solutions.
