We are currently looking for an experienced IT Administrator for our client in Jönköping. The company offers an open and bright office landscape with a view of the water.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include ensuring that IT equipment functions properly and providing service support via phone, email, and chat to users regarding hardware and software. Since you will have a lot of contact with incoming users and instruct and guide them in using various programs, it is essential that you are service-oriented and pedagogical in your approach. The tasks also include administration of IT environments such as user accounts, permissions, and print queues, among others.

Qualifications

You should have a university degree in IT (for example, a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on IT) or another equivalent IT education and at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, you can have a high school education or equivalent knowledge along with 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

Competence Requirements:

Education and experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar.
Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk).
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours.
