Job Description

As an IT administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring that the company's IT environment functions smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks include:

• Support and service: Helping users via phone, email, and chat with questions regarding hardware and software.
• Educational guidance: Instructing and guiding users in the use of various programs and systems.
• IT administration: Managing user accounts, permissions, print queues, and other system administration tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who meets one of the following criteria:

• University education in IT (e.g. university engineer with a focus on data) or equivalent education, along with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
• High school education or equivalent IT knowledge and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

Competence Requirements:

• Educational background and experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar programs.
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
