We are expanding our maintenance team and are now looking for another toolmaker.

If we could wish for something, it would be that you have both a relevant educational background and several years of professional experience. You definitely have a strong technical interest and the drive to continuously develop and contribute to maintaining the high service level of the maintenance department. We assume you have the fundamental qualities of a good colleague, putting the team before yourself and contributing to a positive work environment.

Our production facilities are complete factories for complex system assemblies with very high quality requirements, as well as injection molding in machines from 25 up to 2300 tons with the possibility for various techniques. Production is in constant operation, and we have daily follow-ups on our activities and goals to quickly respond to any deficiencies as well as changing requirements and directives.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with our production-related functions, report to our Maintenance Manager, and join a team with high competence and a willingness to drive structured improvement work.

Focus in the role

The majority of the work involves preventive maintenance of our molds. However, you will also work with robots and measurement fixtures, various aids for tools and production, as well as other related equipment. Your day-to-day work will be varied and full of technical challenges.

The goal is, of course, to jointly ensure a stable and efficient production that delivers in accordance with current production plans and quality requirements. Together with your team, you will drive a methodical improvement process and identify opportunities for cost savings and find solutions for smarter and more efficient working methods, of course without compromising quality.

Your background

You are probably already in a similar role in a similar context, with equivalent requirements. You have a broad palette of skills and can both turn and mill, and are generally skilled at working with various machine tools and reading blueprints. Forklift and overhead crane licenses are advantageous. To fit into our context, you should be solution-oriented and have a strong desire to drive things to completion.
