About the position

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a warehouse operator during the summer of 2025. Your main tasks will be to pick, check, and deliver products according to given work instructions together with the rest of the team. You will be responsible for loading and unloading products, receiving control and handling incoming goods, and ensuring that the right quality is achieved. You will work with us in day, evening, or night shifts at one of our two production facilities in Värnamo.

No prior knowledge is required (but if you have experience and/or a forklift license, it's a big bonus!) – as long as you are willing to learn, engaged, motivated, and a team player, you will fit into our group. Additionally, we would like you to be meticulous, solution-oriented, and proactive. For the position, you need to have Swedish language skills at least at B1 level.

You must also be over 18 years old and have permission to work in Sweden.

The starting salary is approximately 21,700 SEK/month + additional compensation that varies depending on shifts (0 - 14,000 SEK). If you have previous experience, higher salary levels apply. All employees receive wellness benefits during the employment period.

Application

In our digital recruitment process, as a first step, you will complete two psychological tests, which take about 30 minutes, and answer a few short screening questions via a pre-recorded video interview. If you proceed to the next step, you will be invited to a personal interview. We have interview days on-site in Värnamo on January 29 and February 20, where you will also have the opportunity to see our production facility. We conduct drug tests on all newly hired employees for a safer work environment.
