About the position

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a machine operator during the summer of 2025. With us, you will work in teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration to ensure a good production flow. You will be responsible for machine operation, conducting quality checks, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will work at one of our two production sites in day shift, two-shift, or possibly night shift depending on production needs.

No prior knowledge is required (but if you have experience, it’s a bonus!) – as long as you are willing to learn, are engaged, driven, and a team player, you will fit in with our group. Additionally, we prefer that you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and proactive. For the position, you need to have Swedish language skills at least at B1 level. You must also be over 18 years old and have permission to work in Sweden.

The starting salary is approximately 21,700 SEK/month + shift allowances that vary depending on the shift (0 - 14,000 SEK). If you have previous experience, higher salary levels apply. All employees receive wellness benefits during the employment period.

Application

In our digital recruitment process, you will first complete two psychological tests, which take about 30 minutes, and answer some short screening questions via a pre-recorded video interview. If you proceed to the next step, you will be invited for a personal interview. We have interview days on-site in Värnamo on January 29 and February 20, where you will also have the opportunity to see our production facility. We conduct drug tests on all newly hired employees for a safer work environment.
