We are now looking for a tool technician for a company in Gislaved municipality.

About the role

As a tool technician, you will be an important part of the production.

You will work with maintenance, repair, and adjustment of injection molding tools to ensure that production runs efficiently and smoothly.

Here, you will have a varied workday where you can use your technical skills and your eye for detail.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in injection molding and working with tools, preferably in the plastics or metal industry.

You should have a technical education or equivalent experience and a strong technical interest.

You can read and understand technical drawings and manuals.

You are solution-oriented and meticulous.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Knowledge in CNC milling, turning, or grinding is a plus.

Your tasks

Maintenance and repair – Identify and fix wear and damage on tools.

Adjustment – Ensure that the tools function perfectly.

Troubleshooting – Solve problems that arise in production.

Improvement work – Participate in improving processes to increase efficiency.

Documentation – Write down maintenance work and suggest improvements.
