Machine Operator

At Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda, we take pride in developing, producing, marketing, and selling technically advanced rubber compounds used worldwide. We are currently looking for dedicated and driven machine operators for our production facility.

Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you will be part of a dynamic work team that works shifts to ensure our products meet the highest possible quality. You will work in a team of about 8-10 people. Together, the team’s main task is to ensure that we effectively produce rubber of the right quality. We strive together to continuously improve productivity and quality to maintain our position in the industry.

Profile

We are looking for someone with previous work experience in production or industry who has a passion for technology and a desire to develop within production-related activities. You are a team player who contributes positive energy and is committed to achieving our common goals. Knowledge of Swedish is important, but we also value a strong willingness to learn and develop in the language.
