Job Responsibilities

By using your psychosocial expertise in collaboration with school management and other staff, you play a central role in our student health team. You are an important resource in our work against bullying, drugs, and crisis management, where you also support educators in psychosocial issues.

Your responsibilities include:

• having individual conversations with students and supporting them in their psychosocial development
• engaging in meetings with parents and groups
• actively participating in the school's work with values, safety, attendance, and equal treatment
• acting as a link to additional community support when needed and contributing to processes that require collaboration with, among others, social services and psychiatry

We value your previous experience as a counselor in a school environment and your work with youth. Whether your background is in social work or another relevant education, it is your ability to build relationships, work independently, and in teams that makes you an important part of our organization.

Qualifications

• You are a trained social worker or have another education that we assess as equivalent and relevant for the role.
• You have professional experience as a counselor in a school environment and experience working with youth.
• We place great importance on personal qualities.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
