We are now looking for a professional personal assistant who can provide support and structure in all aspects of daily life for our client, a 20-year-old man with a neuropsychiatric diagnosis.

You should appreciate structure and easily follow routines and given frameworks in practice, but still have a sense of when flexible solutions may be necessary. According to our client's needs and wishes, we primarily seek a man who is perceived as safe, clear, and consistent, with a great understanding of when to keep a low profile and "wait it out".

Previous experience working as a personal assistant for young adults on the autism spectrum is a significant merit, but the most important thing is your personality and attitude. We are looking for someone who:

• Has good physical condition and enjoys active work.
• Likes to be outdoors and can meet high demands for focus and presence.
• Is responsible and has a genuine commitment to support and motivate others.
