We are responsible for care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Safiren belongs to support and care and is a group home where only one user lives. The Support and Care section is responsible for services within the municipality aimed at individuals with various forms of physical and mental disabilities. In our section, we provide housing, housing support, daily activities, personal assistance, escorting, etc. Welcome to us!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will follow the user in their daily life and offer personal support that provides the user with increased opportunities for an independent life. Common tasks may include personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, laundry, activities, and healthcare contacts. You will be a support for the user and be available in various situations.

At the residence, there is double staffing during days and evenings, with night staff working alone. This position includes work during the day, evening, and every other weekend. The position is a permanent employment with a 100% employment rate.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with autism, communication tools, or challenging behavior.
