JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you an important and varied job where you have the opportunity to make a difference. As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during their absence. Your working hours may vary according to the needs of the operation and are often determined with short notice. Since the workplace and tasks are varied, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy learning new ways of working.

As a substitute in the preschools in Mullsjö, you will be part of a team working together to promote the development and learning of all children. Teaching involves stimulating and challenging the children based on the preschool curriculum as a starting point and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is social, communicative, responsible, and has good collaboration skills. We expect you to be a positive role model for the children and to follow our values. You show engagement and interest in the children and participate in daily activities.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language to communicate with children, staff, and guardians.

You must be at least 18 years old. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Previous experience in educational work, such as working in a preschool or other social work, is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car are advantageous, but not required. We will request a criminal record extract from the police, please order it upon application.
