At Montico, we contribute by offering basic and advanced training in welding and workshop technology. We are now looking for a Pedagogical Resource for our training operations in Värnamo.

Job Description

As a Pedagogical Resource, you are an important support for all our participants, especially for those who need extra assistance to succeed in their education. Your main focus will be to work with participants who struggle with the Swedish language, lack study habits, or have special needs for support in their studies.

You will have a clear focus on creating the best conditions for each individual to benefit from the education and develop the skills that are in demand in the Swedish labor market. You will work alongside our vocational teachers.
