About the role as a Trainer

As a trainer at Hitech, no day is the same! You will have the opportunity to:

• Educate and inspire: Deliver short technical training courses that meet the industry's needs in automation and maintenance technology.

• Shape the future: Teach in our vocational college programs and contribute your expertise in modern technical specialties.

• Create tailored solutions: Design and implement commissioned training for companies and organizations.

• Develop new training initiatives: Be part of creating the education and digital platforms of the future.

• Build bridges: Collaborate with companies and colleagues to ensure our training is cutting-edge and industry-relevant.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with pedagogical skill and a genuine commitment to seeing others develop.

You have:

• Technical experience in automation, preferably from the manufacturing industry or a similar field.

• A broad knowledge of new technology and modern working methods.

• A solution-oriented and analytical approach to technical challenges.

• A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Your technical toolbox preferably includes:

• PLC programming

• Robot programming

• Python and LUA Script

• Pneumatics and hydraulics

• Motor control and regulation technology

• Industrial IT (e.g., Profinet, I/O Link)

• Sensor technology
