Anneberg School is Looking for a Dedicated Teacher for the Lower Grades

Anneberg School is located in the locality of Anneberg, a community with just over 800 residents with proximity and good connections to both Nässjö and Eksjö. The school's activities include preschool class and primary school for grades 1-6 as well as leisure-time center. The school has about 200 students and 35 staff members. The school is centrally located in the community of Anneberg with close proximity to nature. The school has a large sports hall and a spacious schoolyard with a forest environment, soccer fields, ice rink, obstacle course, and assembly hall. In close proximity to the school, there is also the Anneberg library and citizen office.

Job Responsibilities

Anneberg School is looking for a teacher for the lower grades. We work with a team-teaching approach in each grade to best meet the students' needs. This means that you will collaborate closely with a fellow teacher both in teaching and in the role of mentor. You will also be part of the larger team F-3 with regular meetings.

The main tasks include:

Plan and conduct teaching to achieve learning and development based on the students' conditions at group and individual level
Document and assess students' knowledge based on the curriculum
Collaborate with students' guardians, student health services, and external actors
Work on social relationships, group processes, and values issues in the student group
Contribute to school development in the team and at the school as a whole

Qualifications

Educational background: We are looking for a qualified teacher with the credentials to teach grades 1-3. A teaching license is required for permanent employment.

Experiences: Previous experience in the field is advantageous.

Personal skills:

You are confident in your role as a teacher, a natural leader in the classroom, and have good pedagogical skills.
You have a positive attitude with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
You are motivated to develop your teaching and, together with your colleagues, you want to develop our school.
You are flexible and have the ability to see opportunities and solutions.

Significant emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Experience in the profession is advantageous.
