JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you passionate about education and want to contribute to an inclusive school environment? We are currently seeking a skilled educator with special educational competence or a special educator for the SU group, a special teaching group, at Norrvägen in Vetlanda. With us, you will primarily work with students with special needs in grades three to six.

Do you enjoy working in a team? Here, you will be part of a team with educators, special educators, social educators, and teaching assistants. With us, you have a stimulating, interesting, and developing job where you collaborate with colleagues and many others involved with the students.

Your task is to support students with particularly complex needs, so they maintain their self-esteem and desire to learn. You will provide support both in the group's own facilities and out at various schools.

Depending on your profession, your responsibilities may vary. Your tasks may include:

being responsible for and actively working with students' learning and learning environments
collaborating with your colleagues to drive the development of pedagogical work based on students' needs
cooperating with, among others, the home school, child and adolescent psychiatry, and social services
assisting the group and colleagues at the student's home school with your expertise and guidance

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed special teacher, special educator, or teacher for grades 4-6 with qualifications in mathematics and natural sciences, but preferably also in other subjects.
You have experience in the profession and preferably from similar tasks.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
A driving license (B) is desirable.
