Your Competence

We are looking for a special teacher or special educator who is passionate about working closely with students and conducting assessments to support our students in the best way possible. With us, you will have the opportunity to be part of a well-functioning student health team where collaboration and student focus are at the center. The position involves working directly with students in need of special support and conducting assessments to ensure the right support and measures.

Qualifications

• Licensed special teacher or special educator.
• Experience working with students in need of special support, both at the individual and group level.
• Experience conducting assessments and creating action plans.
• Ability to work systematically and document educational interventions.
• A positive and solution-oriented approach and good collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a student health team is an advantage.

About the Position

As a special teacher or special educator, you will play an important role in our student health team, where you work both individually with students and conduct educational assessments to map and analyze their needs. You will contribute to developing the school's methods and creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Your tasks will include working closely with students in need of special support and providing individually tailored teaching and support. Conducting and leading assessments to identify students' needs and create action plans. Collaborating with teachers, school management, and other professionals within the student health team to ensure that students receive the right support. Guiding and supporting teachers in matters related to adaptations and educational methods. Contributing to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
