About the Job

Employment: fixed-term employment between 25% to 100%
Period: initially a temporary position with a time limit, potentially becoming permanent
Hours: rolling 4-week schedule with shifts from 08:00 - 23:30 on weekdays and 08:00 - 24:00 on weekends
Before your first shift, you will shadow one of my regular assistants to get acclimated to the job.

About Me

I am a woman over 50 living with my partner in a small community called Norra Unnaryd, about 40 km outside of Jönköping. My disability means I need your arms and legs in various situations, but I lead my own assistance. I use a wheelchair due to a muscle disease and need help with personal care, cooking, and household chores.

The position ranges from part-time to full-time, and it’s a big plus if you can start immediately. If you can only work as a substitute, you are still warmly welcome to apply!

A day with me can range from a quiet day at home with various tasks, both indoors and outdoors, to an active outing – perhaps shopping at Gekås in Ullared. I enjoy baking, cooking, dining out, attending concerts and hockey games, and I love spending time with family and friends.

To ensure we get along, I believe you are:

A woman with personal maturity.
Reliable, meticulous, and attentive.
Someone who enjoys working with people and can read and adapt to my needs.

Important to Know:

You need to be smoke-free and tolerant of pets.
You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
You need a driver's license and access to your own car to commute to and from work.
Even though aids are available at home, some physical strength is required, so it’s good if you are in good physical condition.

Due to the nature of the work, I am only seeking female assistants.
