JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The unit for authority, children, and family is seeking 1 social worker to work with children and young people up to 21 years old and their parents.

As a social worker, you will investigate the situation and needs for support of children and young people, as well as follow up on decided interventions. The work is based on both SoL and LVU.

ORGANIZATION

The unit consists of 1 unit manager, 3 team leaders, and 27 social workers, of which 7 social workers work with cases within foster care.

We work according to BBIC (children's needs in focus) and the goal is to conduct high-quality social work based on knowledge, continuity, participation, and a holistic view. There is a strong team spirit within the unit. As an employee, you will be offered external supervision and a regionally organized introduction to BBIC, including methodological work, approaches, and more. QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in social work. It is advantageous if you have experience in investigative work within the area of children and young people IFO. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
