We are now expanding our operations and looking for a Damage Estimator to join our team. You will be an important part of our claims department and play a key role in ensuring accurate damage calculations for our customers' vehicles.

Your responsibilities As a Damage Estimator at Lindströms Bil, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting damage assessments and calculating repair costs for vehicles.
• Working closely with both customers and repairers to ensure that all damages are documented correctly and repairs are carried out according to the required standards.
• Creating and updating damage estimates in our systems and ensuring they are correctly tailored for insurance claims.
• Communicating with insurance companies and other external parties to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Providing customers with advice and information about claims handling.
• Managing and developing the rental car operations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a damage estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Is meticulous, organized, and has strong administrative skills.
• Has good communication skills and can handle both customer contact and external collaborations professionally.
• Is solution-oriented and can work effectively even under pressure.
• Has relevant education in vehicle damage or equivalent experience.
• Has good computer skills and experience with damage estimation systems.
